  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes we do, we accept international orders.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • Do the orders come with tracking?

    All international orders will come with tracking, and we will email the tracking number to you when we have shipped out your order.

    For local orders, no tracking number will be provided.

  • Why are orders taking so long?

    It could be because the item you ordered is a pre-order item, which means that the items are made to order. Pre-order items usually take 2-3 weeks to be produced. We will update the arrival of our items on our social media, so do check it for updates.

    Alternatively, we are just two people so if we have a lot of orders, it will take some time to ship out your order. If we haven't shipped out your order in 2 weeks, please email us.
